Hello there, As you may know my name is Leon and I am from Germany. Now I am going to tell you something about me because they told me that my letter should be detailed reecting my personal interests and hobbies. I am interested in politics, philosophy, soccer and music. But I guess my biggest interest is music. I love music since I can think. I played the trumpet for 8 years but at the moment I do not have enough time to do that, at the moment I am playing the piano which is a lot of fun for me. But not only playing instruments is my big interest about music, I also love listening to music. When I was a bit younger I listened to Reggae and Dancehall music but at the moment my big love is HipHop. Not just american HipHop also german HipHop but I like both genres the same. I am listening to music whenever I can and whatever I am doing. My other big interest is soccer I am playing in a soccer club since I am 11 and you can ask me everything about soccer in european leagues and I will know it. Then there is my big interest for philosophy I love to think about life but I am christian and I am going to church every christmas but my way to believe in god diers to the bible in some ways. Another point about me is that I do not at all like racism and all types of discrimination. I am the youngest of four children I have two brothers and one sister we all have a good relationship. My father works as an Investment Banker and my mother works as a Relationship Councilor. I lived 13 years of my life Germany but at the moment I am living in London because of my fathers job and I am going to the German School that is why my english level is still not that good.
Yours faithfully Leon

Dear Host Family,
As a person, I describe myself as a shy girl, but just when I first meet people because after I get a little confidence my shyness disappears. I also talk a lot! Here I share home with my little sister, Marina, who is 12 years old and is studying in the same school as me; my father, Amador, who is 52 and is a lawyer, and my mother, Antonia, who is 49 and is an economist. We do a lot of things together like going to the mountain, to the beach, going for a walk, cooking... I really love spending time with them!
I've been studying English for 8 years and I found it quite interesting. It's usual to find me reading or watching TV in English because books or shows in their original version (which is in English in most of things) are better, aren't they? I enjoy reading a lot! My favorite writer is Jamie McGuire, she's so talented! In my free time, I also like listening to music (well I'm always listening to music) I find it as an escape from the world. My music style is like pop punk, and I listen to bands like Mayday Parade, The Downtown Fiction, We The Kings, The Fray or even Taylor Swift.
I practice athletics and I want to continue practicing it in the USA but I also want to try new sports. I also like surfing but I'm not good at it. I adore singing too, and I think I'm quite stunning when singing! When I grow up I want to be a translator because I like languages so much and I want to learn more. I also like the mountain and I prefer cold places than hot places. I have never lived outside my country so it's a new experience for me!I adore places where it snows and I wish in my city would snow but it doesn't.Finally, I'd like to say that I'm so thankful for my future family for letting me live this experience and also say that I can wait to arrive to the USA and show you my culture! Thanks in advance for everything. Looking forward to meeting you!
