A3C: It’s confusing how to find the map and venues. I’m visiting from D.C. and want to experience as much as possible. But I’m lost before I even get on my journey.

IRS: there is so much information on this site which is good, but the layout makes finding what I need difficult. The search doesn’t usually pull up relevant data pertaining to my search criteria. I spend so much time searching for infomration that I need. I just don’t think its efficient.

Etsy: I l ike to shop on Etsy because the layout allows me to find the information I need about the product and seller quickly. I don’t have to search or click on different links to find out about the sellers reputation, product description, or the shop policy.

Amazon: When you buy something off Amazon and you click “Place your order” the screen that pops up next is full of text and images and links, and in the top left corner in tiny print it says “Thank you for your order”. I have to search for it to make sure it was processed. I want a confirmation screen that only says that my order was processed.

Alonai: Site has unclear parameters in searching and does not sort or filter. It has percentages and weird numbers on it that don’t mean anything to me. And it lists the same shoe repeatedly but in different sizes. So, to me, it just seems unorganized, unprofessional, and cheap. That and I’d end up spending hours online trying to figure out what was even available in my size.

Nordstrom: One of the only places that I know for a fact sells small, modern, awesome shoes. And they have an iPhone app that also makes it VERY easy to look and shop. If other websites were like this, then I would be WAY more broke and have LOTS more shoes.
