This shall be done as a group project, where the number of members in the group is not more than FIVE. The company and the topic of study shall be chosen in consultation with the concerned faculty member. The study could be amongst any of the areas such as Human Resource audit, Human Resource Information System, Human Resource Accounting, Employee retention,
performance appraisal, training and development, career development, knowledge management. Suitable On Duty/Permissions/Letters of Authorization shall be furnished to the students, based on the needs and requirements of the students in consultation with the concerned faculty member and the suitable approval by their respective Dean.
