Roland Barth ... Lessons Learned Working Rule 2: Pay attention! There is much to learn by listening ... In a school, for instance, students don’t feel listened to by teachers ... Learning is a social activity. We humans learn primarily from one another. Listening closely to what someone has to say reveals novel ideas that cement a friendship or grow a business. Listening builds confidence and trust – the cornerstones of every working relationship.
Student Support Leadership
Lessons Learned
Our focus today is on students who are at risk of not graduating with special attention to children and youth who have mental health issues.
Our format is a mix of presentation, material and process activities. Hopefully we can learn together and leave having strengthened relationships and gained new knowledge and strategies.
