This includes: A dedicated Recruitment Consultant Advertising design including recommendation of media stream and joint
branding Initial sifting – using short listing criteria from person specification Assessment Centre and Interview design and management Psychometric testing Production of CVs and applications for short listed candidates to the client. Liaison with client for final shortlist for assessment day. Outcomes UK will maintain a relationship with the candidate during offer /
acceptance period to ‘keep warm’. We are also happy to discuss any additional services that you feel would add
value to your recruitment activity.
