OUR SUPPORT

These prices are for funerals held within the M25.

OUR FULL, FLEXIBLE SUPPORT

Most of our clients choose to opt for our full, bespoke support, seeking our help and guidance from the very first phone call, to the day of the funeral and beyond. We will take your lead on location and timing, and create a funeral that works for you. The price does not include funeral choices such as the coffin and hearse, doctor’s fees or cremation or burial costs.

This includes: supporting you through the funeral arrangements from completion of all paperwork to organising third parties; collecting the person who has died and their thoughtful, gentle care in our stunning chapel mortuary; unlimited time with the person in our Family and Friends room; the option of dressing the person; and event logistics led by your funeral director throughout.

SIMPLE CREMATION

A Simple Cremation is a cremation with no ceremony attached. It separates the cremation from the funeral ceremony so a memorial, thanksgiving service or celebration of life can be held wherever, whenever and however you choose.

This includes: completing the paperwork and organising third parties; collecting the person who has died and their thoughtful, gentle care in our stunning chapel mortuary; unlimited time with the person in our Friends and Family room; the option of dressing the person; a simple cardboard coffin and a simple hearse; doctor’s and cremation fees.

OUR LIGHT TOUCH SUPPORT

We’re keen to provide light touch support to our clients who have an instinct to take charge of the practicalities themselves. The price will depend on your individual needs so please call us to talk it through.

This is not applicable for a burial or when the Coroner is involved.

OUT OF HOURS COLLECTION

Our standard collection hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. If the collection is urgent and required out of hours (weekends, bank holidays or between 3pm and 9am Monday to Friday), this charge will apply.
