Life Insurance and AD&D In the amount of 1X Salary (does not include overtime or overloads). Make sure you provide your beneficiary information in the ICUBA portal. Eligible employees must work 90 days before Life Insurance is effective.
Long Term Disability (LTD) provides LTD payments to eligible participants who are totally disabled under the terms and conditions of the Policy. Eligible employees must work 90 days before Life Insurance is effective.
Short Term Disability (STD) provides short term payments to eligible employees who are disabled and unable to work according to the terms and conditions of the Program. The program is administered by the university’s designated leave administrator. Eligible employees must work 90 days before STD program is available.
Emergency Medical Travel Assistance is available through the life insurance policy, eligible employees after 90 days of employment.
