This will include steel, cement, aggregate, wood, pipes, ceramic tiling, fittings and heavy construction equipment. CONNECTEDKIZAD is adjacent to the semi-automated terminals at Khalifa Port, one of the Middle East’s fastest growing logistical hubs. The port already serves twenty of the world’s major shipping lines, with connections to over sixty global destinations. COSCO, one of the world’s largest shipping lines, is currently building a major new terminal at Khalifa Port that will add over 1,000 global port-to-port connections.

KIZAD is only a short distance away from the recently expanded Abu Dhabi Airport and three other major hub airports: Dubai International, Al Maktoum International, and Al Ain Airport. New and uncongested highways offer easy truck route access right across the emirates. Plans for a regionally connected UAE rail network will further enhance connectivity, especially for bulk materials and aggregates.
