Saving to Disk or Hard Drive

• Save in two places. Usually C or F (shared) drive along with Floppy or A drive.

• Whenever updating, always save to the same file, and click yes when asked if you want to overwrite the file. This will ensure all changes are saved.

• You DO NOT need to use a new disk every time you update or make changes to your website.

• Always, ALWAYS save regardless of the size of the change. Use the main (C) drive or (F) drive as your main source, and use your disk (A) as a backup and for Mrs. Cox

Problem Solving Tips for Updating

• Make sure your image has been dragged to your name file if it is a new image. Otherwise your image will not show up on the page.

• If you have tried everything, ASK FOR HELP! It usually only takes a few minutes to figure out the problem.
