Welcome to CARTERS Advantage!Now that you're signed up to Advantage you can enjoy the benefits of being an Advantage member. You'll be earning points simply by doing business with CARTERS.

Every month you will receive a statement via email which shows your points balance and a few tempting products for you to consider for redemption. The Advantage website www.cartersadvantage.co.nz is a great place for you to • check your points balance anytime

• update your personal profile

• redeem from the wide selection of products available

• register for the group travel trips

User GuideFollow the enclosed step-by-step guide to logging in for the first time and a handy 'how to' guide for navigating the site. You will need to login to activate your membership.

TravelThe most exciting aspect of the Advantage loyalty programme is our group travel experiences. Every year we do an overseas excursion where members are treated to a week in an exciting destination, with all the details from flights to five star accommodation and special events taken care of.

Unlike other loyalty programmes that have little flexibility, with Advantage if there’s something you really want and you have the points we will do our best to help you get it. It can be anything from paying your children’s school fees or getting a new set of golf clubs to going on your dream holiday.

There are 5 simple steps to follow:1. Find the product you want to use your points on

2. IMPORTANT: Obtain an invoice from the store made out to 'The Extra Mile Company, PO Box 549 Auckland 1140'. The store will retain the goods until they receive payment.

3. Complete a Rewards Claim Form online and submit it or you can download a copy of the form from the Advantage website to mail or fax in.

4. Electronically submit or fax/ post the completed Rewards Claim Form and the invoice to the CARTERS Advantage Team on (09) 914 1047, or PO Box 549, Auckland 1140.

5. The CARTERS Team will process your request and send payment direct to the store who will then contact you to collect your goods.

LET'S GET STARTED: LOGGING IN AND BROWSING/PURCHASING CARTERS ADVANTAGE REWARDS

STEP 1 - Log onto www.cartersadvantage.co.nz The first page you will come to is the login page. You can get here via the Trade Portal, CARTERS website or go direct to www.cartersadvantage.co.nz.

STEP 2 – Enter your login and password To login use your email address or your CARTERS account number as a username and then enter your password.

If you missed your Welcome email, use your email address or account number and click ‘Reset Password’.

A link will then be sent to your nominated email address. Follow the link to enter a new password. If you have any problems at all phone 0800 POINTS during business hours for further help.

STEP 3 - Home Page Once you have successfully logged in you will land on the Advantage home page. Simply click the tile of the site you'd like to visit. Alternatively you can access 'rewards' or 'travel' via the green global menu at the top of the page.

REWARDS SITE1. Once you've logged on and clicked through

the 'Rewards' tile or dropdown menu, you will see a ‘welcome’ message, your points displayed and can start browsing by category.

2. You can select the rewards tab in the green global menu at any time to see an overview of the categories, make a claim or go to the points calculators.

3. You can use the search function at the top right of the page at any point to find a reward.

4. Clicking on a reward brings up a more detailed description of the product, a larger image, specifications and the ability to select quantity to order. Simply click 'Add to cart' to place an order.

5. Selecting the cart icon in the top right of any window will take you to the check out. Here you can review your order, adjust the quantities of each item, remove items and place an order. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

MAKE A CLAIM: REWARDS SITE1. You'll see a ‘welcome’ message on the left hand side, your

points displayed and you can start browsing by category.2. You can select the rewards tab in the green global menu at

any time to see an overview of the categories, make a claim or go to the points calculators. Select ‘Make a claim’.

3. A form with editable fields will appear. Simply type in your details following the prompts.

4. You can claim up to four invoices on this one form. If you have more you will need to fill in multiple forms. Just repeat the process outlined above until you’re done!

5. We do require an electronic version of the invoice in order to process. You can upload a digital photo of the invoice, a PDF or a jpeg.

6. IT’S IMPORTANT THAT THE INVOICE SUBMITTED IS MADE OUT TO ‘THE EXTRA MILE COMPANY, PO Box 549 Auckland 1140'.

7. Check the box after having read the terms and conditions and click submit. You will then receive a confirmation email.

MY ACCOUNT: TOP MENU BOTH THE TRAVEL AND REWARD SITES1. Choose ‘My Account’ from the green global menu at the top of the page.2. You will be able to ‘update your details’ - type these in following the prompts and click ‘save’.3. See your ‘rewards history’ - what you have you purchased and your current points balance.4. ‘Update photo’ - you can upload a photo to represent you on the site. Please note that you will need to

crop the photo within the area in order for the site to recognise the image.5. ‘Points expiry’ - you can see if any points are due to expire here.6. 'Advantage Communication' options - you can choose your preferences here.

home page. You can choose to explore all of the great experiences on offer by clicking on the trip that you're interested in.

wish to join CARTERS on. 2. Follow the prompts on the form and click submit when you're done.3. Successful registration will be confirmed on-screen and via email.

select 'Personal Travel' from the dropdown menu.

2. From here you'll be able to check out the online calculators to see how many dollars your points are worth in order to make a successful claim or click through to the online claims form (see highlighted below).
