Manesar, Haridwar, Ludhiana, Dharuhera, Chennai

DESIGN &DEVELOPMENT

Design

The design team works on latest software platforms and

simulation techniques to design tools and fixtures as per

product specifications.

Satyam has advanced facilities for

designing, maintenance and validation.

Tool Room

Satyam has developed high-tech tool room

having tool designing and manufacturing

capabilities.The facility is equipped with

sophisticated machines including CNC

Lathes,Vertical Machining Centres and Wire

Cut machines.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Press Shop

Satyam Auto has installed advanced

Tandem press lines for performing

various intricate metal forming

operations as per customer

requirements. The line is a battery

of presses including Link Motion,

Mechanical, Hydraulic and Power

presses ranging from 30 ton to 800

ton. Satyam has hydraulic presses

ranging from 150 ton to 400 ton for

deep draw operations.

The company also has state-of-the-art:

Fuel Tank Assembly Lines

Back plate manufacturing line.

Compressor Housing Lines

5 Axis CNC Pipe Bending Lines

Weld Shop

The weld shop is equipped with an advanced welding setup.

MIG welding robots are deployed in the weld shop for all

automated operations.The company has installed more than

265 robots across all plants.

The facility also has MIG brazing, Spot and Projection

welding, Seam welding and IT Guns.

Paint Shop

Satyam has installed a state-of-the-art AUTOMATED

CONVEYORIZED ACED painting facility at Manesar.This is

unique & latest development in surface coating.At Ludhiana

Satyam has converysized liquid painting and powder coating

facilities.

Standards Room

The Quality Standard rooms are

equipped with advanced tools and

equipments like CNC Horizontal

arm 3D CMM, Contour machine

and Portable 7 –Axis CMM from

FARO. For accurate measurements

and standards testing, the facility

has CNC Roundness Tester,

Surface Roughness Tester,Vision

Measurement and Contracing

measuring machines.The set up is

also equipped for hydrostatic

testing and millipore testing.
