To develop appropriate risk takers through responsible risk management and sustainable value creation on the basis of environmental , social and governance of business.

To develop the team work, effective communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

To impart the managerial skills using contemporary technology.

MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIONThe Department of Master of Business Administration was started in the year

2006 with an intake of 45 students. At present there is an intake of 180 students. The department was accredited by Autonomous and NAAC Committee, which was a great achievement in the department’s history. The department offers Various specializations like Finance, Marketing, Human Resource , Systems, Operations & Logistics, Business Entrepreneurship form the year 2015.

The department has highly qualified and experienced eminent Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant professors headed by Dr. B. Srinivasa Rao. Five Ph.D’s Scholars registered and Pursuing upto the month of jan2018. Five faculty members are registered for their Ph.D at various universities and are actively pursuing their research work. The teaching faculty is active in conducting research activities.

InfrastructureThe department has good infrastructural facilities. These facilities not only cater

the needs of post graduate program me but also are adequate to carry out active research in the entire allied field. The department has audio visual facilities with LCD and OHP’s for effective teaching.

Excellent teaching and learning environment will be achieved by focusing attention on scientific assessment of results, presides continuing education, encouraging, conducting and participating in seminars, conferences, workshops etc..., Students of our department actively participate in national-level paper contests being organized various other MBA colleges. Some of them have also been awarded in these paper contests. The department has been organizing “QISFEST” at national level from 2008 onwards. The Department aims at to bring out a Management- conscious among student community, keeping in the view of Vision 2020.

This is the story of a man who failed in

Class 6, but went on to join the Regional

Engineering College (now the National

Institute of Technology), Calicut and the

Indian Institute of Management-

Bangalore.

This is the story of a man who decided to

become an entrepreneur and employ

people from rural India.

Today, fresh idli and dosa batter made by

P C Mustafa’s company IDLI Fresh

reaches homes in Bengaluru, Chennai,

Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad,

Mangaluru and even Dubai.

Today, the company produce around

50,000 kg in our plant. The total

investment must be around Rs 4 crore

(Rs 40 million) and our revenue is Rs 100

crore (Rs 1 billion).

When we became a Rs 100 crore company in October 2015, we celebrated in grand scale. We have grown from producing 10 packets a day in 2005, with just my cousin managing the

kitchen, to 50,000 packets a day with 1,100 employees in 10 years.

CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

This Consultancy Agreement is made and entered into this April 2017 by and between Dr. B. Srinivasa Rao, Mr. B. Chakravarthy, Mr. D. Hanuma Reddy, Mr. R. Sai Sandeep QIS College of Engineering & Technology, Vengamukkapalem, Ongole and Anandrathi Shares, its principal place located at Kurnool Road, Ongole, Prakasam Dt.

WHEREAS, the Anandrathi Sahres deals with Investor motivation and Employee Training and Development. In this we will train the employees in the areas of investor motivation and make them in to investment type of savings, operational effeciency and innovative operatioanal productivity increasing methods etc.

WHEREAS, Dr Dr. B. Srinivasa Rao, Mr. B. Chakravarthy, Mr. D. Hanuma Reddy, Mr. R. Sai Sandeep, have expertise in the various areas of investor motivation, operatonal activity and operational innvotive methods.

WHEREAS, the Anandrathi Shares desires to engage the Consultant to provide certain services in the area of Consultant’s expertise and the Consultant is willing to provide such services to the Institutes.
