Dear Ms. Moyer:

Your recent accusations against Marc Renard have been brought to my attention, as haveyour accusations regarding the Church of Scientology's alleged role in the matter.

As you have now repeatedly stated, you are reporting Mr. Renard to law enforcementauthorities for investigation. You stated that in your very first communication to us. Wehave taken you at your word and have accordingly taken no action whatever that might inany way interfere with such an investigation. You were, in fact, told by the Church staffmember you contacted that you should take whatever action you feel is appropriate. Wewould appreciate confirmation that you have actually made a report to the authorities. Wewill cooperate should any investigators contact us.

Since you also made it quite clear that you no longer consider yourself a Scientologist orconsider yourself bound by Church policies, that you even sent a report to us waspuzzling. Your recent e-mails and postings with their unfounded allegations regardingChurch staff members and executives indicate you have a completely different agendathan you claim.

I suggest that you take heed before your false and defamatory statements dig you into aneven deeper hole.
