I’m writing on behalf of Chelsea Taylor, a student I had the pleasure of working with from August 2015through November 2015 during her internship with Unleash, LLC. Chelsea came to Unleash looking for practical, real-world experience with designing websites for real businesses and organizations. While she had experience with building websites through her classes at Washington State University, she wanted to round out her skill set by immersing herself in a setting where she'd be part of a design team and work with clients. I'm recommending her for a web design position because Chelsea is a passionate and dedicated individual.

Unleash websites are websites built and customized in WordPress. While Chelsea had dabbled a bit in WordPress for classes, this was her first time really digging into the potential of this content management system. This is where I saw just how dedicated she is to her craft. While Chelsea was learning the ins and outs of WordPress, she came in and spent extra time, often several additional hoursat a time, in our office so that she could ask questions and get up to speed.

Not only is Chelsea a dedicated individual, but she is also very passionate about her work with web design. Chelsea constantly volunteered to take on web design projects—even during her training—to ensure she could get the most out of her internship with Unleash. She was prepared for every staff meeting and brought ideas and critiques that showed me she was organized and cared deeply about what she is doing.

I wholeheartedly recommend Chelsea for a web design position as she has the heart and the drive to add to the success of any team she becomes a part of. She is an individual who works well both in collaborative and individual scenarios, and she keeps a positive attitude throughout any task she is given.
