I am pleased to recommend Jason Frazier as a skilled and competent machinist. I have worked alongside Jason as a machinist when I first began my journey into the manufacturing trade. As a Co-worker he was friendly and easy to get along with. He is always willing to share his knowledge and experience. At the time we both worked as machinist at an Aerospace Spares company, he was always tasked with the more complicated components that required more attention and greater skill to ensure performance.

Recently I had the opportunity to work with Jason again, but in a different capacity. As a Machine shop Supervisor, the company I worked for required his skill and knowledge as a weekend shift lead. I was tasked with creating a weekend shift that could operate with minimal support. I needed a person that was able to accurately interpret customer drawings and requirements, and who could make any and all necessary edits to maintain and or accelerate production. Jason was a perfect fit. He possessed the skill to be able to troubleshoot and correct any errors on the floor without the luxury of programming or quality control support, while still maintaining production quotas. I assembled a team of three for a weekend crew with Jason as the lead and it was not uncommon for his group to match or even sometimes exceed the weekday output.

With his abilities, adaptability and dedication, Jason is an asset to any machine shop.
