Dear Parents / Carers,

RE : AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITY PROGRAMME AUTUMN 2014

Please find overleaf a programme of After School Activities for the Autumn Term

2014. The courses available are to be led by either our teaching and support staff or

by external agencies. The courses offered are allocated to specific year groups and

I would ask you and your child to look carefully at these.

Please only request a place for a course after you have considered other prior

commitments, which may fall on the same night / at the same time.

Most courses are due to start from the week beginning Monday 22ndSeptember 2014,

so I would appreciate all forms returned to me by Tuesday 16thSeptember 2014

when I shall process the preferences made. Please indicate whether you wish your

child to be considered for a place on any of the activities listed by either tickingone box alone or where there may be an order of preferences please indicate 1 st, 2nd

and 3rd in the boxes instead. You are also welcome to request more than one place in

the same term, i.e your child to do two or more clubs.

Please note that an indication of preferences does not guarantee a place on a

course at this stage.
