DESCRIPTION
The letter urges the Mayor and City Council not to bill the families of Irma Zamora and Stacey Lee Schreiber, for paramedic services. Irma and Stacey were the Good Samaritans who were recently electrocuted to death while trying to help a stranger at the scene of an accident in Valley Village. The letter also urges the City of LA to develop a policy whereby Good Samaritans and victims of violent crime are as a matter of course not billed for paramedic services.TRANSCRIPT
