Dear Sir/MadamDEFAMATION OF CHARACTER IRO HARRIS KUDZAYI CHIKUNYAI am writing this letter in response to derogatory statements leveled against me which you may not be aware of. Sometime in April you asked me to assist you with regard to ferrying members of your family to the pass out parade of Hazel Gondo which was held on the 2nd of May 2014 . You asked me for a breakdown of what the car required to fulfill the journey. I have attached the breakdown. On the 2nd of May 2014 we embarked on the journey and it was successful.On the xxx I came across a Whatsapp conversation between Carol Gondo and Gwen Gondo. In the conversation it was alleged that I swindled the you of an undisclosed amount of money in terms of fuel and food. Gwen Gondo who I call my wife did not even inform me of the said conversation , so that is what prompted me to write this letter to you. I have also attached a copy of the Whatsapp conversation and a copy of my vehicle specifications. I want Carol Gondo to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the amount reflected in the attached breakdown was inflated and does not reflected the amount required for that kind of journey. If she fails to prove that I conned you or personally gained something in the said journey I am demanding an apology in the presence of all those involved in this matter to clear me of any wrong doing.
