Using Denneroll Spinal orthotics Cervical Dennerroll (for the neck) The unique design of the CERVICAL DENNEROLL provides a gentle but effective stretch that assists in the correction of abnormal Cervical Lordosis . The DENNEROLL can assist in relief of pain and muscle tension, as well as enhance patient comfort and improve health. The design of the DENNEROLL allows for easy transportation. When finished with your DENNEROLL session, do not raise your head straight up. Roll to your side. Once comfortable you can sit up. Thoracic Denneroll (for the mid back) The Denneroll is a Thoracic orthotic device developed by chiropractors. Its unique design provides a gentle but effective stretch that assists in the correction of abnormal Thoracic Kyhposis When properly used, the Denneroll can assist in relief of pain, muscle tension, and improved postural appearance. Enhanced patient comfort and improved health are the goals. There are three regions of Thoracic Corrective setups appropriate for Denneroll application: Lower Thoracic, Mid-Thoracic, and Upper-Thoracic. See Figures 9-11 above. Only a radiographic and postural analysis can determine which Denneroll placement is right for the individual patient. The DENNEROLL is a Lumbar orthotic device developed by Chiropractors. Its unique design provides a gentle but effective stretch that assists in the correction of abnormal Lumbar Lordosis (see Figures 6-8 above). When properly used, the DENNEROLL can assist in relief of pain, muscle tension, and recovery from disc injury. Enhanced patient comfort and improved health are the goals.

There are three areas of the low back appropriate for DENNEROLL application. See Figures 9-11 above. Your Health Care Provider will determine which is right for you. You must follow their recommendation exactly for best results and to ensure safe use. The DENNEROLL device should only be used on a firm surface such as the floor, or a bench.

2. Curve work x 15 mins x 4 a weekTo continue caring for your spine and well-being at home, we recommend you work on your spinal curve as follows:

1. Roll up 2 towels - 1 x large bath towel and 1 x hand towel2. Lay on your back with one placed under your neck and the other under your lower back3. Relax in this position for 15 minutes (or until you wake up...but no more than 20 minutes)

3. Use your Denneroll (if necessary) x 12 mins x 4 a week
