Leveraging Water Utility Solutions During Hurricane Matthew in St. Johns County, Florida St Johns County established mobile applications to Improve workflows for main breaks, customer notice, asset management and operations. Build on existing success. Improve procedures, develop staff and expand use of technology to share information and reduce noise.

Provide Cityworks and AGOL mobile applications for Management and Supervisors to expand operational awareness and immediacy of information.

Emergency Plans involving technology should be reviewed more frequently.

Hurricane Exercise should include field operations walk-through so procedures are tested and rolls are clear.

Improve SOP for Call Center for Service Requests and Work Order Entry.

Identify critical information, and build into map services, including power outages, fleet locations, closures, shelters, critical facilities, etc.

Identify needs from Administration including Contracts, and FEMA requirements
