Les itinéraires à utiliser figurent sur les cartes ci-après.3.2 Itinéraires normalisés de départs et d’arrivés RNAV
Les SID et les STAR RNAV sont protégées selon les critères de spécifica-tions de navigation de la RNAV1 pour le senseur GNSS.
3.3 Transfert de communications Les changements de fréquence ont lieu sur l'instruction de l'organismeresponsable du contrôle de l'aéronef.A tout changement de fréquence le commandant de bord doit appelersans délai sur la nouvelle fréquence indiquée.
4 PANNE DE RADIOCOMMUNICATIONLes commandants de bord appliquent la procédure définie dans laRéglementation Nationale.Les aéronefs équipés de transpondeur afficheront le code 7600.
5 FONCTIONS RADAR5.1 BORDEAUX ACC assure les services radar conformément à la
Réglementation Nationale.5.2 POITIERS Approche utilise les fonctions guidage radar, surveillance
radar et assistance radar pour rendre les services de contrôle,d’information de vol et d’alerte.
6 ACTIVITE VELIVOLE 6.1 Service rendu aux vols de planeurs
Les conditions d’exercice de l’activité vélivole font l’objet d’un protocolesigné entre les services de la circulation aérienne et le club de vol à voilede l’aéroclub du Poitou. Dans le cadre de ce protocole, les vols de pla-neurs, à l’intérieur de la CTR 2 déclassée en G, ne bénéficient pas duservice de contrôle ni entre eux, ni vis à vis des autres usagers.
6.2 Service rendu aux autres usagersL’information sur l’activité vélivole au profit des autres aéronefs estassurée par une information d’activité diffusée au moyen de l’ATISet sur la fréquence de contrôle lorsque les trajectoires risquentd’interférer avec les activités vélivoles.Les trajectoires des vols IFR n’interfèrent pas avec la CTR 2déclassée en G pendant l’activité des planeurs.Les aéronefs volant selon les règles VFR et dont la trajectoire interfè-re avec la CTR 2 déclassée en G sont informés de l’activité vélivole.Note : l’activité vélivole peut se dérouler en dehors de la CTR de
classe D, dans la TMA de classe E.
1 AUTHORITY RESPONSIBLE FOR AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES
POITIERS Approach Control Center provides air traffic services within
the lateral limits of POITIERS SIV according to airspace classes below
FL 145.
Outside of POITIERS Approach Control Center ATS hours:
- POITIERS TMA is downgraded to class G airspace.
- BORDEAUX ACC provides within the lateral limits of POITIERS SIV
air traffic control service:
- in the controlled airspace located between FL 115 and FL 145.
- in AWY’s above FL 065.
- BORDEAUX ACC provides within the lateral limits of POITIERS SIV
alert service.
2 ALTIMETER SETTING
- 1013,2 hPa
- The transition altitude is 5000 ft
- The transition level of the TMA POITIERS is calculated by POITIERS APP.
3 PROCEDURE
3.1 Routes
The routes to follow are represented on the charts hereafter.
3.2 Departure and arrival standardized itineraries RNAV
SID and STAR RNAV are protected according to RNAV1 navigation spe-
cifications for GNSS sensor.
3.3 Transfer of communications
The frequency changes take place when instructed by the authority res-
ponsible for ACFT control.
The captain must call immediately whenever the frequency is changed.
4 RADIOCOMMUNICATION FAILURE
The captains apply the procedure as described in the National Regulation.
Squawk 7600 for ACFT equipped with transponder.
5 RADAR FUNCTIONS
5.1 BORDEAUX ACC provides the radar services defined in the National
Regulation.
5.2 POITIERS Approach uses radar guidance, radar surveillance and
radar assistance to provide air-traffic control service, traffic informa-
tion and alert.
6 GLIDING ACTIVITY
6.1 Service provided to gliders flights
The conditions for carrying out gliding activities are the subject of
protocol signed between air traffic services and the glider club:
“aéroclub du Poitou”. In the context of this protocol, gliders flights,
within the CTR 2 downgraded to class G, do not benefit from control
service neither with respect to each other nor with respect to other
users.
6.2 Services provided to other users
The information about gliding activity for other users is notified with
activity information on ATIS and on control frequency when trajecto-
ries interfere with gliding areas.
IFR trajectories do not interfere with CTR 2 downgraded to class G
during gliding activity.
The ACFT operating with VFR and with a trajectory interfering with
CTR 2 downgraded to class G, are notified about this gliding activity.
Note: gliding activity is possible out of class D CTR, in class E TMA.
