judgment.

3. In VIew of the above, this petition is

.disposed of strictly ill terms of the jrldgment

passed in W.P.No.4879/2015 and the concluding

paragraph No.ll of the said judgment and the case

of the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance

with the said judgment. Both the learned counsel

for the parties agree that the effect of the judgment

shall apply to the goods which have been cleared

from Lahore or from the jurisdiction of this Court.

With this clarification this petition is disposed of.
