Frequently Asked Questions How much does it cost for advisors to have supplies shipped? $3.80 per

order regardless of size. $5.00 per case of catalogs when offered. What is the delivery timeframe? Approximately 3-5 business days from the

time an order is submitted. Are there any monthly or quarterly sales requirements? Yes, you must

submit at least one show that totals at least $250 in a quarter to be considered “active”, however, if you don’t, you are still considered an advisor, and will have up to one year from the date of your last show to submit a show. As an inactive advisor, you will go off the mailing list and you will not be able to place an order for jewelry samples at the 70% discount. Once you submit a $250 show, you will then be an active advisor again.

Are we required to pay for any of the Hostess Rewards? Yes, $6 on shows where hostess benefits are used.

What if I decide this “just isn’t for me”? With lia sophia, there is no-risk. Lia sophia offers an unconditional money-back guarantee, for a period of one year the company will take back any unused jewelry or supplies still in its original packaging, provided it can be resold as part of the current line.
