What is Library Mentoring?

A semester course that fosters understanding and utilization of library resources

The second semester offers an opportunity for returning students to help with library services

Layout of Assignments

Students are required to read and fill out three book reviews and one magazine review per semester (nonfiction, fiction, Gateway Book)

Some time is given in class for reading The course is independent study; however, the

librarian must provide support in keeping students on task with their assigned activities and provide support in completing assignments as needed

Identification of collections and shelving of materials
