I take great pleasure in welcoming you to LLOYDS INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE (LIC) in

Sydney, Australia.

Sydney is one of the most beautiful and multi-cultural cities in the world. Lloyds

College has been welcoming students here for over twelve years. Over this time the

college has developed into a well-established college.

Lloyds provides training to both International (under CRICOS) and Australian

students in English, Business, and packaged courses.

The college has an enviable reputation for its emphasis on quality teaching.

Lloyds is very conveniently located in Sydneys CBD - next to major shopping,

transport, financial and entertainment facilities.

Lloyds is a Registered Training Organisation, registered by the Vocational Educationand Training Advisory Board (VETAB) under the Australian Qualifications Framework

(AQTF) to provide nationally accredited training in internationally recognised

courses.

We are proud of our many graduates who have achieved professional success, and

who have made important contributions to their communities.

Lloyds run morning and evening classes. The classes are small and practical, often

using interesting excursions as a delivery method. Trainers use the latest technology

and reference material. Language assistance is available in the initial stages of

enrolment.

The college staff is truly international and multi-lingual. They have been drawn to the

College because of its professionalism; fellowship and commitment to promoting

cultural exchange. We seek to help our students by providing a friendly, fun and

professional environment in which to study.

Enrolment processSelection and enrolment at Lloyds International College is carried out in an ethical

and responsible manner and we encourage people to apply for enrolment without

discrimination through a variety of means. Individual interviews are conducted to

ensure applicants meet the entry requirements, are well informed and provide us

with the opportunity to identify any special requirements the applicant may have.

All successful applicants complete an orientation program the first day of the

course to familiarise them with the Colleges services, facilities and procedures and

will be provided with the copy of the Orientation Guide and Student Handbook

prior to enrolment.

Study ToursWe can design programs with special English classes in the morning and cultural

afternoon activities such as sight seeing, horse riding, white water rafting, Australian

sports, sea kayaking, aboriginal studies, wildlife experiences & shopping. This type of

program would be designed so that the morning language classes prepare the students

for the afternoon activities and would be created to match your students linguistic level.

All language components are taught by experienced, qualified teachers who are regular

staff at Lloyds International College.

Situated in the heart of Sydney, the host city for the 2000

Olympic Games, Lloyds International College is in the centre

of the business and tourism area. Major attractions such as

Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour are just a short walk
