Company Overview

about dutchland, inc.

Dutchland, Inc. is an innovative industry leader, producing precast prestressed concrete structures for water and wastewater applications. As a full service firm, Dutchland specializes in engineering, production, construction and warranting of structures that are generally utilized for:

• Potable Water Treatment and Storage Tanks

• Wastewater Treatment Facilities

• Clarifier Tanks

• Anaerobic Digesters

• Stormwater Detention Tanks

Dutchland, Inc. is a PCI (Precast Concrete Institute) certified producer and is actively involved with the Institute. Dutchland also has a presence as an Engineer in ACI (American Concrete Institute), providing insight to codes as well as involvement in ACI committees.

Dutchland, Inc. has been developing unique and proprietary technology for precast prestressed concrete structures since the mid-1980’s. Rather than expanding business by building new facilities, Dutchland has opted to offer its technology through a licensing system, partnering with other highly qualified precast concrete producers. This creates a synergy (rather than additional competition) with existing precast concrete producers and results in a mutually beneficial relationship. The Dutchland process for licensing its technology has been under way for many years and includes training, engineering, and other resources and support.

Currently, Dutchland designs, produces, and constructs structures that are circular, rectangular and elliptical. Dutchland also produces concentric tank structures and other custom structural elements. Tank structure designs include the base, walls, walkways and roof systems. Dutchland is committed to the industry of producing prestressed structures and understands all facets of training and has the experience required to equip other businesses to produce the same high-quality products.

Products for water and wastewater storage, treatment and disposal continue to be in high demand as regulations in the United States continue to become more rigorous. Dutchland believes that existing precast concrete producers can become more diversified and therefore stay relevant in an ever changing, complex marketplace by partnering with Dutchland through our Licensing Agreement. This partnership will provide the enablement and qualification needed to participate in the growing market for precast prestressed concrete structures.

Dutchland, Inc. has developed technology (intellectual property) by designing, producing, and erecting precast prestressed concrete structures over many years and through numerous installations. Dutchland, Inc. provides value in licensing technology to enable existing precast concrete producers to manufacture and install precast prestressed concrete structures for water and wastewater applications while minimizing the learning curve and reducing the potential for problems. Dutchland’s staff consists of engineers and draft persons, QA/QC technicians, Production and Construction Personnel and Sales/Marketing Personnel. This staff will train, enable and equip work with licensees to produce high quality, precast prestressed concrete structures that comply with AWWA, ACI, and local building codes. With Dutchland’s training, engineering and QA/QC support, licensees are able to produce tanks in a short time that otherwise would take years to develop.
