R.L. Institute of Management Studies (RLIMS) is run by Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy Foundation (SLF). RLIMS was started in the year 1998.
RLIMS aims at creating sustained excellence in the educational system, which is relevant for today’s industry requirements. Its basic design is to be in sync with the industry demands so that when the students complete their management program they are employable and can adopt themselves to the challenging employment atmosphere.

Students who earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at RLIMS equip themselves with the knowledge essential for real-world business environment. RLIMS core curriculum is periodically revised and restructured to meet the needs of ever-changing business scenario. An ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry) survey on top ten Job offering sectors says Financial Market was the Second Highest Job Market in India giving 26.35% on total. Out of this 35.44% was in Stock market and Mutual Fund industries and 34.22% in the Insurance Sector. SSS
Students are trained in NISM Series of exams (17 Modules) to appear and to take the online examinations of minimum
3 modules. The training is provided by the Industry experts having more than 20 years of experience in Share Market.
Similarly AMFI is also taught simultaneously and students are made to take the online exam for mutual fund industry Jobs.
The AMFI exams are conducted and certified by SEBI (Stock Exchange Board of India).

We want every student to be placed, in a reputed organization. With this objective, we provide Diploma in Banking and Finance (DB&F) as a value-added course to MBA Students. This enables them to prepare and appear for DB&F Examination (Equivalent to JAIIB examination of serving bankers) conducted by Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), Mumbai.
