Emotional Adulthood vs.
Emotional Childhood
Vulnerability vs. Victim Mentality The Manual
50 x 50
Life is full of ups and downs. There is a constant ebb and flow. No ones life is 100% HAPPY.
We do create our own happiness but sometimes things happen that create sadness, grief, fear, anxiety, stress, anger and other emotions.
Emotional Childhood vs.Emotional Adulthood
EMOTIONAL CHILDHOOD OCCURS WHEN GROWN ADULTS HAVE NOT MATURED
PAST CHILDHOOD IN TERMS OF MANAGING THEIR EMOTIONS.
NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW YOU FEEL
EMOTIONAL ADULTHOOD OCCURS WHEN WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW
WE’RE FEELING NO MATTER WHAT SOMEONE ELSE IS DOING OR SAYING.
TAKE CONTROL OF THINKING AND NOT BLAMING OTHERS
Vulnerability vs. Victim Mentality
The Choice Is Yours• Vulnerable-tap into the place of your
POWER and be courageous and curious
• Victim—you give all your power away, act crazy , defend and fight
The Manual
• An instruction guide we have for someone in our lives about how we would like them to behave so we can feel good and be happy.
