Do I need a referral?

Referrals are accepted but you don’t need one. If

you are aged over 18 and have a problem with drugs

and alcohol, simply give our friendly receptionist a

call on 1300 727 957 and make an appointment for

an assessment.

How much does it cost?

We aim to provide accessible and affordable

residential treatment.

You are required to pay some money towards your

stay, usually a portion of your Centrelink payment.

The amount depends on the type of benefit or

payment you receive.

About our programs

Our programs generally involve one-to-one

counselling, groups and case management within a

community, providing peer support.

Live in and recover

Struggling with drugs or alcohol? Life getting a bit

out of control? We can help.

Logan House is a 37-bed rehabilitation facility,

offering a comprehensive recovery-oriented

experience.

The tranquil, rural surrounds at Logan House allow

for a peaceful and unique healing opportunity,

removed from the temptations and demands of

urban living.

Our specialised treatment programs run over one to

six months, depending on your needs.

We strive to see lives lived well – free from harmful

drug or alcohol use.

Our team

We know entering a residential program is a big step.

Our team, made up of psychologists, psychiatrists,

social workers and counsellors, is here to guide you

and provide respectful and confidential support.

We take a holistic approach, which means we work

closely with other services such as mental health

services, dentists, sexual health services, hospitals,

Centrelink and legal services, to address a range of

needs as required.

A supportive

community

environment

Guide to our residential

programs

Admission and Assessment

Be welcomed, introduced to the program,

allocated lodgings and helped to settle

in. This stage also involves a medical

consultation, a thorough needs assessment

and consequent treatment.

Treatment

Learn a variety of recovery concepts and

knowledge – this is a time to understand

what is involved in recovery and how you

can apply it to your life. With support, you

will put your recovery into action.

Integration

You’ve achieved a lot. It’s time to start

preparing to leave. Here we will help

you set goals to ensure your recovery

continues. We will also discuss supported

accommodation options with you.
