“Following a careful assessment of your request, our services concluded that an amendment procedure is not justified....., the only proposed substantial change to the project budget consists of an increase of 14% in Personnel costs. Please be aware that all budget changes will be evaluated at the Final Report stage against the original budget reported in the Grant Agreement. The evaluation will depend on the overall technical achievements of the project, as well as on their value for money and cost-effectiveness.I take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of project team in terms of personnel and materials invested in order to tackle the challenging synthesis of naturalised dyes at pilot scale, as well as their use for semi-industrial scale tinctorial trials.
