Lightweight mobile lifters with manual lifting and handling

NIEROS

“PHARMA” lifter is used for lifting, dosing, and emptying pharmaceutical containers and

rectangular or round barrels with the maximum weight of 150 kg. This is a single-column design

with electric drive and maintenance-free spindle transmission. Advantages of this version are

higher reliability and durability. The lifter can be installed onto diverse technological lines with

vibration dampers or it can be floor-mounted. The lifter enables lifting and descending loads as well

as rotating them in two directions (around the column's vertical axis and around the arm's horizontal

axle), which enables optimal load emptying and perfect adjustment to the working environment.

The lifter is used for grabbing, lifting, and transferring package materials

(PVC rolls) from pallets onto the packing lines. Due to its large working area - 2up to 10m , it can also be used for manipulating with package material in the

packing room. The Ergolift PS-EV lifter can be adjusted to lift various types of

package and load, as you can choose between different lifting attachments,

which can also be designed to your requirements.

Products of this special range of pneumatic drive lifters are suitable to be used in all

areas where the presence of electrical power supply is not desired - in the so-called “high

risk areas”. The operation is fully automatic and is carried out over the easy-to-use control

panel with the help of multiple pneumatic cylinders, which grab, lift, tilt, and dose the load

without any vibrations or thrust. Either mobile or static lifters, with multiple lifting attachments

used for lifting barrels, containers, boxes, and packages, are available.

Why the pneumatic drive?

Pneumatic lifters do not have any

electric components and are

entirely driven by pneumatic

cylinders, so there is no danger of

undesired sparks, which could

elevated position - for example: outpouring waste

products into floor chutes, containers, etc. ERGOLIFT

ON-R is also a useful device employed at manual

enables simple emptying without any employment of

excessive force necessary; four swivel castors with

This fully-mobile Ergo trolley has been designed with the idea to keep

the box on the working height level at all times and to reduce the unnecessary

manual lifting and handling. Ergo trolley automatically keeps the top box on the

desired working height. After the worker removes the empty upper box, the rest

of them are lifted upwards with the upper box coming on the working level again.

This way the workers do not need to bend down or lift each box separately.
