How to claim your warrantyOSRAM XENARC® ULTRA LIFE or OSRAM ULTRA LIFE headlight lamps that fail to work properly due to a product defect in non-commercial applications during the warranty period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee program and will be replaced. To receive a new lamp, just send the defective product in a padded package along with the complaint form, receipt (in the case of no online registration) and postage paid to the OSRAM contact address from the country list.
