Helvar’s certified training courses are held at our regional service centres.

They have been developed to share our knowledge with you and contain

an appropriate mix of theoretical and hands-on instruction.

Service contracts and emergency call outs

Planned maintenance minimises the risk of unexpected system

downtime and will considerably increase the systems efficiency and

lifetime. To this end we are able to offer a range of service contracts

to emphasize planned maintenance, equipment cover and priority

support. Maintenance schedules are pre-arranged - saving your time,

money and eliminating inconvenience to you or your clients.

For qualifying projects Helvar, and its participating partners, include

a service contract along with an extended warranty as part of our

‘System Package’ offering.

Non-contract customers can take advantage of our site services on

an ad-hoc basis. Our engineer will also evaluate the condition of your

lighting system and offer advice to ensure smooth future operation.

Product repair and fast track credit

Should the need arise, we offer an in-house

repair service for all Helvar lighting products.

For minor quantities of low value warranty

failures, repair is often not an economic option.

Therefore, the fast track credit service may

be the preferred solution. Helvar can offer a

simple, cost effective method of requesting

credit, without incurring the extra cost or delay

of returning the product to us.
