۰۰۱۸ريبخلا ميكحلا وه و ١هدابع قوف رهاقلا وه و۰۰۷ريدقShould Allah touch you with affliction, there is none to remove it but He; and should He touch you with good, He has the power to do everything. He has the supreme hold over His servants. He is All-Wise, All-Aware.

} 2 { 53 - سورة فاطرو وه ١الف لسرم هل نم هدعب ١و ام كسمي ١ام حتفي هللا سانلل نم ةمحر الف كسمم اهل

۰۰۲زيزعلا ميكحلاWhatever Mercy Allah accords to people, none can withhold; and whatever He withholds, no other will be able to release after Him. He is Most Mighty, Most Wise.

He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry

Whatever good happens to you is from Allah; and whatever

misfortune smites you is by Allah's leave.

bounty. He bestows good upon whomsoever of His servants He wills. He is AllForgiving, All-Merciful.

۰۰۷مهل نم نود هللا ايلو و ال اريصنSay (to them): “Who can protect you from Allah if He desires an evil for you? And who can prevent Him if He desires to show mercy to you?” They shall find none other than Allah to be their protector or helper.

And that the final end is with your Lord, and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry.

Whatever good happens to you is from Allah; and whatever misfortune smites you is from yourself (because of your own deeds).

۰۰۲۴ينغلا ديمحلاNo misfortune ever befalls on earth, nor on yourselves but We have inscribed it in the Book before We make it manifest. Surely that is easy for Allah.((We do so) that you may not grieve over the loss you suffer, nor exult over what He gave you. Allah does not love the vainglorious, the boastful, those who are niggardly and bid others to be niggardly. And he who turns away, (should know that) Allah is Self-Sufficient, Immensely Praiseworthy.

} 51 {22 - سورة الشورى ۰۰۳۰يثكر نع اوفعي و مكيديا تبسك امبف ةبيصم نم مكباصا ام و

Whatever misfortune befalls you is a consequence of your own deeds. But much of it He forgives.

} 77 { 62 - سورة التغابن ۰۰۱۱و هللا لكب ءيش ميلع ١و نم نمؤي هللاب دهي هبلق ١نم ةبيصم الا نذاب هللا ام باصا

No misfortune ever befalls unless it is by Allah's leave. And whosoever has faith in Allah, Allah directs his heart along the Right Path. Allah has knowledge of everything.

No harm can be done to anyone without Allah's permission

It may be that you dislike a thing and the same is good for you.

} 37 { 7 - التوبة سورة

۰۰۵۱نونمؤملا لكوتيلف هللا ىلع و ١انىلوم وه ١انل هللا بتك ام الا انبيصي نل لقSay to them, "Nothing (good or bad) can befall us except that which Allah has destined for us: Allah is our Guardian and the Believers should put their trust in Him alone."

} 276 { 2 - سورة البقرة هللا و ١مكل رش وه و اـيش اوبحت نا ىسع و ١مكل ريخ وه و اـيش اوهركت نا ىسع و ۔۔۔

۰۰۲۱۶وملعتن ال متنا و ملعيIt may be that you dislike a thing and the same is good for you, and you

love a thing and the same is bad for you: Allah knows but you do not.

نساء ۰۰۹اريثك اريخ هيف هللا لعجي و اـيش اوهركت نا ىسعف ۔۔۔ } 77 { 2 - سورة الIt may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good for you.

۰۰۱۰۲ ۔۔۔١و ام مه نيراضب هب نم دحا الا نذاب هللا۔۔۔Although it was obvious that they could not do any harm to anyone by means of this (magic) without Allah's leave.

۰۰۱۰لكوتيلف نونمؤملاWhispering is an act of Satan, one that aims at causing grief to the believers; yet without Allah's leave no harm can be caused to them. So in Allah should the believers put all their trust.

۰۰۱۰۳ول اوناك نوملعين ١و اوقتا ةبوثمل نم دنع هللا ريخ و ول مهنا اونما۰۰۱۰۲ول اوناك نوملعي ١هب مهسفنا

)Instead of this) they began to follow that (magic) to which the devils falsely attributed (the greatness of) the kingdom of Solomon. In fact Solomon was never involved in any practice of disbelief, but the satans, who taught magic to the people were themselves guilty of disbelief. They were after that thing which was sent to Harut and Marut, the two angels at Babylon. Whenever these two angels taught black art to anyone, they would always give a clear warning beforehand, saying, "We are merely a trial for you; so you should not commit blasphemy. But in spite of this warning, those people used to learn from the angels the art which caused division between husband and wife. Although it was obvious that they could not do any harm to anyone by means of this magic without Allah's permission, yet they learnt that art which could not be profitable even for them but was actually harmful. Moreover, they knew it full well

Yet they worship, instead of Allah, those who can neither

benefit them nor harm them

that anyone, who purchased that art, would have no share in the Hereafter. What a vile commodity it was for which they sold off their souls, if they had but known it! Had they believed in Allah and practised piety, they would have received a far better reward from AIIah, if they had but known it.

} 71 { 71 - سورة يونس

دنع انؤاعفش ءالؤه نولوقي و مهعفني ال و مهرضي ال ام هللا نود نم نودبعي و

امع ىلعت و هنحبس ١ضرالا يف ال و تومسلا يف ملعي ال امب هللا نوـبنتا لق ١هللا

۰۰۱۸نوكرشيThey worship, beside Allah, those who can neither harm nor benefit them, saying; 'These are our intercessors with Allah.' Tell them (O Muhammad): 'Do you inform Allah of something regarding whose existence in the heavens or on the earth He has no knowledge? Holy is He and He is exalted far above what they associate with Him in His divinity.

Tell them: "Call upon those whom you fancy to be (your helpers) instead of Him! They have no power to remove any affliction from you, nor can they shift it (to any other).

} 75 - 72 { 22 - سورة احلج

اوعدي نمل هرض ۰۰۱۲كلذ وه للضلا يعبلاد ١اوعدي نم نود هللا ام ال هرضي و ام ال هعفني

۰۰۱۳و سئبل ريشعلاسئبل ىلوملا ١برقا نم هعفنHe invokes, instead of Allah, those who can neither harm nor benefit him. That indeed is straying far away. He invokes those that are more likely to cause him harm than benefit. Such is surely an evil patron, and an evil associate.

۰۰۳اعفن و ال نوكلمي اتوم و ال ةويح و ال اروشنHighly blessed is He, Who has sent down Al-Furqan, to His servant so that it may be a warner to all mankind: He to Whom belongs the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth: Who has begotten no son: Who has no partner in His Kingdom: Who created each and every thing and then ordained its destiny. Yet the people have set up, besides Him, deities, who do not create anything but are themselves created: who can neither harm nor help even themselves: who have no power over life or death, nor can they raise up the dead.

۰۰۳۸هيلع لكوتي نولكوتملا ١لق يبسح هللا ١هتمحرIf you ask them: “Who created the heavens and the earth?” they will surely answer: “Allah.” Tell them: “What do you think, then, of the deities whom you call upon instead of Allah? If Allah intends to afflict me with harm, can those deities remove the harm inflicted by Him? Or if Allah wills that I receive (His) Mercy, will they be able to withhold His Mercy from me?” Say: “Allah is sufficient for me; those who have to put their trust, they must put their trust in Him.

و وه يذلا جرم نيرحبلا اذه بذع تارف و اذه حلم ۰۰۵۲هب اداهج اريبكالف عطت نيرفكلا و مهدهاج ۰۰۵۱ريذنا

ناك كبر و ١و وه يذلا قلخ نم ءاملا ارشب هلعجف ابسن و ارهص ۰۰۵۳و لعج امهنيب اخزرب و ارجح اروجحم ١جاجا

۰۰۵۵و ناك رفاكلا ىلع هبر اريهظ ١و نودبعي نم نود هللا ام ال مهعفني و ال مهرضي ۰۰۵۴اريدق

Have you not seen how your Lord lengthens out the shadow? Had He willed, He would have made it constant, but We have made the

And recount to them the story of Abraham…

sun its pilot; then (as the sun climbs up), We roll it up little by little towards Ourselves. And it is Allah Who has ordained the night as a garment for you, and the sleep as a repose of death, and the day as the time of return to life. And it is He, Who drives the winds to be the harbingers of His mercy: then He sends down pure water from the sky so that He may revive the dead land, and quench the thirst of many of His creatures from among beasts and men. We present the same phenomenon over and over again before them so that they may learn a lesson from it; but most people decline to adopt any other attitude than of disbelief and ingratitude. Had We willed, We would have raised up a separate Warner in each habitation. So, O Prophet, do not yield to the disbelievers, but strive against them a mighty striving with this Qur'an. And it is He, Who has let loose the two seas, one palatable and sweet, the other bitter and saltish, and there is a partition between them, which is an insurmountable barrier. And it is He, Who created man from water: then from him He caused two kinds of kindred, by blood and by marriage: your Lord is AI I-Powerful. Yet they worship, instead of Allah, those who can neither benefit them nor harm them: more than this, the disbeliever has become a helper of every rebel against his Lord.

} 66 { 27 - سورة األنبياء

۰۰۸۲و يذلا عمطا نا رفغي يل يتـيطخ موي نيدلار ۰۰۸۱و يذلا ينتيمي مث نييحي ۰۰۸۰وهف يفشين And recount to them the story of Abraham: when he asked his father and his people: "What do you worship? " They answered: "There are some idols that we worship and are devoted to them with constancy." He asked: "Do they hear you when you call them or do they cause you any benefit or harm?" They answered: "No; but we found our forefathers doing so." Thereupon, Abraham said: "Have you seen (with your eyes) those whom you have been worshipping, you and your forefathers of yore? They are all enemies to me; all, except the Lord of the Universe Who created me and Who guides me; Who gives me food and drink, and Who, when I am ill, heals me; Who will cause me to die and then will again restore me to life; Who, I hope, will forgive me my sins on the Day of Judgment."

و هللا وه عيمسلا ١لق نودبعتا نم نود هللا ام ال كلمي مكل ارض و ال اعفن ۰۰۷۵نوكفؤي

۰۰۷۶ميلعلاAnd surely they disbelieved when they said: 'Christ, the son of Mary, is indeed God'; whereas Christ had said: 'Children of Israel! Serve Allah, Who is your Lord and my Lord.' Allah has forbidden Paradise to those who associate anything with Him in His divinity and their refuge shall be the Fire. No one will be able to help such wrong-doers. Those who said: 'Allah is one of the Three', certainly they disbelieved, for there is no god except the One God. And if they do not give up this claim, all who have disbelieved among them shall be subjected to painful chastisement. Will they not, then, turn to Allah in repentance, and ask for His forgiveness? Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate. The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a Messenger before whom many Messengers have passed away; and his mother adhered wholly to truthfulness, and they both ate food (as other mortals do). See how We make Our signs clear to them; and see where they are turning away! Say: 'Do you serve, beside Allah, that which has no power either to harm or benefit you, whereas Allah alone is All-Hearing, All-Knowing?'

۰۰۳۱۔۔۔و ال لوقا مكل يدنع نىازخ هللا و ال ملعا بيغلا و ال لوقا ينا كلم I do not say to you that I possess Allah's treasures, nor that I have access to the realm beyond the ken of sense-perception, nor do I claim to be an angel.

۰۰۲۳دبار اهيف نيدلخ منهج ران هل ناف هلوسرSay, (O Prophet): “I call on my Lord alone, and I associate none with Him in His Divinity" Say: “Surely neither it is in my power to hurt you nor to bring you to the Right Way . ” Say: “None can protect me from Allah, nor can I find a refuge apart from Him. (My task is no more than) to deliver Allah's proclamation and His messages. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, surely the Fire of Hell awaits him; therein he will abide in perpetuity."

should have amassed all kinds of good, and no evil would have ever touched me. I am merely a warner and the herald of glad tidings to those who have faith.'

} 771 {71 - سورة الكهف لمعيلف هبر ءاقل اوجري ناك نمف ١دحاو هلا مكهلا امنا يلا ىحوي مكلثم رشب انا امنا لق

۰۰۱۱۰ادحان هبر ةدابعب كرشي ال و احلاص المعSay (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, he should do righteous works, and associate none as a partner with the worship of his Lord.

} 27 { 71 - سورة يونس

۰۰۴۹۔۔۔ ١هللا ءاش ام الا اعفن ال و ارض يسفنل كلما ال لق (O Prophet) Tell them: 'I have no power to harm or benefit even myself, only what Allah wills takes place.

} 7 { 26 - سورة األحقاف

۰۰۹و ام انا الا ريذن نيبمTell them: “I am not a new thing among the Messengers; and I do not know what will be done with me or with you. I follow only what is revealed to me, and I am nothing but a plain warner."

Do not call upon any apart from Allah on those who have no

power to benefit or hurt you

۰۰۵۰الفا وركفتتن ١لق له يوتسي ىمعالا و ريصبلا ١ىحوي يلا ام (O Muhammad!) Say: 'I do not say to you I have the treasures of Allah. Nor do I have knowledge of what is beyond the reach of human perception. Nor do say to you: I am an angel. I only follow what is revealed to me.' Then ask them: 'Are the blind and the seeing alike?' Do you not then reflect?

} 37 { 7 - التوبة سورة

reckoned among the wrong-doers. If Allah afflicts you with any hardship, none other than He can remove it; and if He wills any good for you, none can avert His bounty. He bestows good upon whomsoever of His servants He wills. He is AllForgiving, All-Merciful.

} 17 {6 -سورة األنعام

هللا لق اوعدنا نم نود هللا ام ال انعفني و ال انرضي و درن ىلع انباقعا دعب ذا انىده

لق نا ىده هللا وه ١ ىلا هنو ىلا تئا ى اهل بحصا ١هتوهتسا نيطيشلا يف ضرالا ناريح

۰۰۷۱و انرما ملسنل برل يملعلا ١ىدهلاAsk them (Muhammad!): "Shall we invoke, apart from Allah, something that can neither benefit nor harm us, and thus be turned back on our heels after Allah has guided us? Like the one whom the evil ones have lured into bewilderment in the earth, even though he has friends who call him to true guidance saying: "Come to us." Say: "Surely Allah's guidance is the only true guidance, and we have been commanded to submit ourselves to the Lord of the entire universe."

۰۰۴۴۔۔۔ نوشخا و سانلا اوشخت الف۔۔۔} 22 { 3 - سورة املائدةSo do not fear people but fear Me.

۰۰۳تممتا مكيلع يتمعن و تيضر مكل مالسالا انيد۔۔۔This day the unbelievers have fully despaired of your religion. Do not fear them; but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion, and have bestowed upon you My bounty in full measure, and have been pleased to assign for you Islam as your religion.

} 712 { 5 - سورة آل عمران ۰۰۱۰۲نوملسم متنا و الا نتومت ال و هتقت قح هللا اوقتا اونما نيذلا اهياي

Believers! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and see that you do not die except as Muslims (in the state of complete submission to Allah).

} 36 { 1 - سورة األعراف

۰۰۵۶نا تمحر هللا بيرق نم نينسحملا ١و ال اودسفت يف ضرالا دعب اهحالصا و هوعدا افوخ و اعمطAnd do not make mischief in the earth after it has been set in order, and call upon Him with fear and hope. Surely Allah's mercy is close to those who do good.

۰۰۷نولمعي اوناك امب ءازج ١نيعا ةرق نم مهل يفخا ام سفنNone believes in Our Signs except those who, when they are given good counsel through Our verses, fall down prostrate and celebrate the praise of their Lord and do not wax proud. {SAJDA} Their sides forsake their beds, and they call upon their Lord in fear and hope, and expend (in charity) out of the sustenance We have granted them. No one knows what delights of the eyes are kept hidden for them as a reward for their deeds.
