Lessons Learned
• Negative– Disappointing response rates so far for both of the
postgraduate surveys– Feedback from students that they haven’t ‘seen’
the portal announcement– Does delivering the other surveys in February –
May mean that they are over-shadowed by the NSS

• Positive– Improved response rates for the Annual Student
Survey– All students feel part of the Student Survey Season– Like it approach has been endorsed by academic
colleagues
