JarsItem: Jars collected over the years or want to recycle glass.

A client with a love for jars wanted a lighting fixture to complete a kitchen.A circular welded iron ring holds the jars on a piped wire. Light bulb is installed into the tops of the jar.

OrnamentalItem: Collected hand painted tins from different countries or could use coasters also.

Tins

Tins that hold tea or cookies are sold as souvenir items in different countries. Cutting intricate hand drawn tins into circles and attaching them to the light fixture that hold the light bulb, results in this round dynamic fixture.

CorksItem: Collected corks from wine and champagne.

For those who save corks, here is an idea. Corks can but used in combination with fun shapes like these clear bottles. They are cut at the bottom to allow the light fixture to be installed. Wood sheet can be painted any color and secured to the ceiling.

WineBottles

Item: Unique wine bottles collected over the years.

The key was to fit this fixture above a small table. Using an chrome covered metal to create a circular shape and contrast and square table below. The bottles give off A warm olive color to complete the design.

PlayingCards

Item: Grandpa’s deck of cards

Every fixture has a story. This deck of cards speaks for itself. Each card is dipped into a clear plastic like substance that molds to the shape and preserves the card. Movement is created by the free dangling cards, with a strong wavy structure holding the attachments.

Drumsticks

Item: Personal drumsticks or some caught at a concert.

Started with drumsticks collected from concerts and adding an old drum taken apart, to complete this playful fixture. Drumsticks were treated and painted to the desired color. A chain was used to attach it to the celling.

MusicalInstrument

Item: Cymbal from an old drum set.

Not a lot needed to be done to this rustic item. Created a pipe that connects to the extra large light bulb and gives the light ability to adjust the height if needed.

WeddingDress

A one of a kind wedding dress passed down in the family is used to construct this delicate light. It’s detailed, cut to size lace and tiered shape completes the living space.

BabyCrib

The iron crib was transformed into a unique organic shaped chandelier. The metal can be dipped into any preferred color for a desired look and feel.

Swords

A collection of swords was re-purposed to this lounge to create an edgy feel to a comfortable space. The swords were strategically placed to create an interesting shape hung by a black piped wire. We attached a plate to the sharp end to match the handle end. Blue light bulbs completed the look.

SkateboardItem: Favorite skateboard from childhood.

An avid skateboarder had many skateboards but one meant the most to him. Fea-tured is the bottom of the board due to it’s fun graphic. We attached a steel pipe to the top and made fixture for the light bulb. This hangs in the child’s room of the customer.

FishingBobbers

Items: Old fishing hooks.

A fisherman has many bobbers. Using an old bike tire to hold the structure together. We mimicked the fishing string to give the top height and extending the hooks down to create dimension. Fits perfect in this peaceful space.

Item: Hunted antlers from deer or antelope.

The final look was to be rustic but modern feel with emphasis on neutral colors. Welded aluminum pipes hold the antlers and shape the fixture. Thick wicked rope is used to wrap the pipes for a rustic feel. Antlers are painted white for contrast of color.

Item: Shutter from a family first home.

Items like shutters or old doors can be used to fixate lights onto something refurbished and bring a piece of memory into your new home. The shutter was reworked and stained for a rustic look.

StainedGlass

Item: An old home front door stained glass design.

The glass stained door was taken apart and colors were strategically choose to match the room. The glass was cut and built into this new fixture.

BikeParts

Item: Bicycle enthusiast decides to get rid of old equipment.

Though bikes have many parts we choose the chains since there was multiple of them. Painted the chains with a special metal anti rust paint. Draped them into a dramatic shape. This became a conversation piece in the living space of the client.
