SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITION FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENTS WITHREFERENCE TO TENDER NOTICE DATED 20.02.2018

1. Tenders should be submitted to Programme Coordinator, KVK,Anta, and should reachon or before date 06.03.2018 up to 11:00 AMpostal delays are no justification for theacceptance of the tender. The tender farm fee Rs. 100 will be deposited by cash/DD infavour Programme Coordinator, KVK,Anta.

2. Tender should be in the name of Programme Coordinator, KVK,Anta, in sealed coverduly super-scribed as "Tender for supply of Computers to be opened on 06.03.2018

3. Specification brochures/catalogue should be enclosed.4. Equipment to be supplied must have specific warranty period minimum 12 months

after installation.5. If the material/equipment supplied is not as per prescribed specifications, then the

same shall be replaced at the cost of the supplier.6. The rates should be quoted including all taxes (Custom duty charges, Excise duty

charges, Octroi and GST etc.) and packing & forwarding charges.7. The tendered amount should be in Indian currency i.e. in Rupees only and selected

tenderer must be deposited 2% security money in favour of Programme Coordinator,KVK,Anta by DD alongwith 0.25% stamp duty.

8. Tenderer must quote his rate FOR destination, KVK,Anta Rajasthan, (mentioned insupply order) including clearing charges, transport, handling charges and installationcharges etc.

9. The tender should be enclosed PAN,GST, Registration certificate etc.

10. For the tender for supply of equipment/implements, the tenderer should be either amanufacturer or an authorized dealer or registered suppliers. In case of authorizeddealer he should enclose authorisation letter/dealership certificate valid during theperiod of tender/supply. Registration certificate should also enclose in case of registeredsupplier.

11. The tenderer should enclose user list along with their postal address and telephonenumbers and should also furnish details of after sales service if any provided by thetenderer.

12. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all requisite accessories. The details ofaccessories are to be clearly mentioned in tenderer.

13. The tenderer can avail facilities against our Excise/Custom Exemption certificate.14. The order will be placed by KVK,Anta or any other unit of the University & the supply is

to be made at FOR indentor office or as specified in supply order within area of AV,Kota. Payment will be made by indenting officer after satisfactory supply/installation ofthe equipment/implement etc.

15. PC, KVK,Anta reserves the right to reject any tender in part or full without assigningany reason.

16. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the courts having jurisdictionat Anta only.

17. The rate tenderer for every item/equipment/unit mentioned in tender from will beevaluated separately and tenderer should quote accordingly.

18. Tendered amount should be mentioned in words & figures.19. Equipmenta/ items which are governed by dangerous Machinery Regulations Act should

be necessarily 1.S.1.' marked (attach certificate with the Tender) and for otherequipments 1.S.1.' quality certification is desirable. For quality certification in case ofequipments, the certificate must be enclosed.

20. The tenderer should give "on the site demonstration" to the satisfaction of the indentor.21. Unsigned tenders are liable to rejection.22. Please enclose detailed specification with the photographs & Literature of the equipment

to be supplied.23. Approved rate will be effective up to 30.06.2018 & approved supplier has to execute all

the orders received by him/her/them up to 08 March, 2018 earlier. The supply of itemsprovided within a week.

24. In comparing the rates tenderer by firms outside Rajasthan and those in Rajasthan, theelement of Rajasthan Sale Tax (GST) shall be excluded whereas that of Central SalesTax Shall be included.

25. Liability on the part of University will arise only when the supply order is issued by theintending officer of the University.

26. Remaining terms and condition governed by RTPP act 2013.(
