One of Lincoln’s kids was named Robert Todd Lincoln, born August 1 st ,1843. He died in 1926 but left behind two daughters and a son. His son died at the age of 16. Edward Baker Lincoln was another one of Lincoln’s sons who was born March 1846. Edward died quite young from tuberculosis. His third son, William Wallace Lincoln, was born in 1850 and sadly also died young. He got typhoid fever and passed away at only 11 years old! Thomas Lincoln was Lincoln’s fourth child, born in April 1853. HIS DEATH On April 14 th , 1865, on Good Friday, Abraham Lincoln was shot in Washington DC in Ford’s Theatre while watching a play. He was shot by John Wilkes, who was an actor and thought he could help the South by shooting Lincoln.

HIS FAMILY
