The Course ConceptEach project finds its own solutions, but all are

based on pupil participation: - Through all 10 grades of grade school/junior high school, also kindergardens. – As intensive periods or spread throughout the

From the written evaluations of pupils: I have learned about the path of food from the soil to

the table. I have learned that milk comes from farms and that all

food comes from animals and plants. I learned that it demands alot to work on a farm. It is a revolutionary way to get useful information! I didn’t learn anything, just that I should never give up. I learned alot about food, about locally produced food

and organic methods. I have more self-confidence through doing the tasks at

the farm. I learned that I can work with everyone in the class.
