1 ) The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original registered homeowner at the location where the product was originally installed, in the state of Washington, and may not be assigned or transferred.
2 ) All products must be paid in full and in a timely manner in order to qualify under the conditions of the warranty. 3 ) Warranty is applicable only when the IGU is installed vertically and in accordance with recommended glazing guidelines according to SIGMA “Guidelines for Vertical Glazing”.
3 ) Unless speci�ed otherwise, Lindsay Window & Door shall not assume liability for glass breakage or damage caused by improper installation, the use of applied tints or �lms, vandalism, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature including but not limited to �re, earthquake, �ood, or any catastrophic occurrence beyond the control of the manufacturer.
4 ) To insure that your warranty is handled in an ef�cient manner, please turn in your service request in writing with a copy of the original receipt to the installer/dealer or Lindsay Window & Door.
Lindsay Window & Door insulated glass units (”IGU”s) are warranteed to the original registered owner for seal failure for a lifetime. Lindsay Window & Door warrants the product only, not installation and any incidental or consequential damages. The glass units will be replaced, free of charge, upon noti�cation of the failed seal. Lindsay Window & Door reserves the right to inspect any IGU that allegedly does not meet the requirements of this warranty.
