It is said that love sometimes
goes, sometimes lies, runs with

turns into ice or turns into lames.
To have a healthy relationship,
it takes time to grow and learn

challenges with conidence and
enthusiasm, otherwise it will be
like lightening it begins and ends
at the same moment.

Vitamin D Deciencymay be causing Black People in the Diaspora to die more from
Cancers, Diabetes, and Heart DiseasesWrittenBy:NuSpeciesCorporation
Hundreds of epidemiological, clinicalstudiesandscientiicresearch (Studies) by repu-
table, global medical organizationstheorizethatBlackPeopleinNorthAmerica,EuropeandtheCaribbean(Diaspora) are plagued by and diemore from certain Cancers, Diabe-tes,HighCholesterolandHighBloodPressurethanWhites.
NuSpeciesrecognizesthatwhileclinical studies are well-intended,theyarenotwithoutlaws.NuSpecieshas been helping thousands ofNuSpecies clients (NuSpeciesians)
andwehavehadconsiderableanec-dotalproofthatVitaminDisamajorfactorinDiasporanshealth.
Probably 60-80 percent ofDiasporans, children, young menandwomenincluded, arebelievedtosuffer Vitamin D deiciency andre-latedlowbloodcount(inmanycasesthedeiciencyischronic),withsomeformofanemia.
About 80 percent of BlackWomenare believe tohave orwillhave ibroids or uterine disorders, among other Breast and reproduc-tiveproblems.Likewise,mostBlack
Menarebelievedtosufferfromsomeform of Prostate disorders (urinefrequency, urine burning, enlargedProstateandProstatecancer).
Prostate cancer is perhaps thenumberonekillerofBlackMen.ItisbelievedtobethenumberonekillerofJamaicanmen.Prostatecanceriscontractedfromages30-60.
Some of these theoriesand hy-potheses support NuSpecies an-ecdotal evidence. NuSpecies owndiscoveries however are not abso-lute proofs either. After consultingwith and subsequently providing
frequent guidance to thousands ofNuSpeciesians who are Black, con-sistently observing vast health im-provements naturally lead to theconclusionthatVitaminDdeiciencyseemstoplayamajorroleinBlackDiasporans degraded health andprematuredeath.
The health conditions rangefrom thecommoncoldto Diabetes,High Blood Pressure, HighCholesterol, Cancers, Arthritisamong numerous other health dis-orders. NuSpeciesians come toNuSpecies for assistance in cleans-

After years of observing healthimprovements, we conclude thatNuSpeciesianshealthimprovementsareduelargelyinparttoNuSpeciesadded selections of Vitamin D andenzymes. We are pleased to makeknowledge about Vitamin D freelyavailable.

How Vitamin D WorksHumans form Vitamin D from
cholesterol. If VitaminD isnot be-ingmadebycholesterol,twoharmsimmediately imperil the body: ab-

This kind of abnormal choles-terol metabolism isa factorlinkingVitamin D deiciency to ProstateandBreastcancersaswellasotherdegenerativediseasesoftheglands.TheStudieshavegenerallytheorizedthatitisthemainfactorcontributingtomoreDiasporans contractingtheaggressiveformsoftheseCancersatayouthfulage.
Some Diasporan communitiesdiets arerichin animallesh, dairyproducts, processed and fast foods
(inotherwordsdietsilledwithpro-teins,fatsandcholesterol),VitaminD deiciency is unfortunately farmoreperniciousthanothergroups.
Becausesomehumanglandsareoften very fatty tissues, especiallytheProstateandBreastglands,clini-caland epidemiologicalstudiesim-plicate unused or higher levels ofcholesterol (fats and proteins) as amajor promoter of Prostate cancerdevelopmentanditsaggressivepro-gression.
The Studies show that cho-lesterol also promotes tumor cell
growth while conversely inhibit-ing Apoptosis immune functions(thebodysrepairingorremovalofunwanted or sick cells). Therefore, increases in body cholesterol fromanimallesh anddairyproducts in-creasesthebodysingestionoffats,proteins and cholesterol and en-hancestherisksofcertaindiseaseslike Prostate cancer and perhapsBreastcancer.
Nevertheless, NuSpecies doesnot necessarily, entirely endorsethese Studies and so we look toNuSpeciesanecdotalobservationsto

Intodayssectionoftheinancial corner I am goingtopickupfromwhereIleftoff by revealing the 5 ad-ditional simple things youneedtoeliminatesoyoucansavemoney.
Just a reminder, beforeIbegintorevealtheseaddi-tional5things.
There are3 things thatyou
willneed;Self-discipline,Sacriice&Open-mindedness.
Withthatsaid,letsbegin.
1. Stop buying food at res-taurants, and start to do
some cooking. I know a lotofyouareverybusyandre-allydonthavetimetocook.Allyouhavetodoiscommitsometimetocookingtwoorthree different meals on aSaturday,Sundayorthedayyouarenotworkingandletthosemealslastyoufortheweek. Youwill besurprisedtoseehowmuchmoneyyousave.2. Cable cost is ridiculous-ly high. Lower your cable
subscription to the basicpackage. A lot ofthe mov-ies that you like to watchcanbewatchedforfreeon-line. (http://www.1channel.ch/). If you hate to look at
your computer screen youcan connect your television
to the computer for betterviewing.Notsurehowtodothis? Ask any teenager andtheyll know how to do it;trustme.3.Putthatmoneybackintoyour wallet and dont youdare buy another pair ofjeans. Studies have shownthatmostindividualsowns8pairsofjeansbutonlywear2pairs.Sodoyoureallyneedanotherpair?
4.Please,donotgointoallthose major stores to buyjewelry for yourself or fora gift. Its marked up any-wherefrom100%to400%.Youcangorightdowntothe

5. A lot of us want goodhealthandtolivelongersowewaste our moneyon allthesemiracleproductsthatssuppose to raise the deadandgivesighttoblind.
Stopwasting your mon-ey on all those so calledhealth products. What youshould do is sit down witha certiied nutritionist or adoctorthattrulycaresaboutyour health and not about
fatteningthe pockets of thepharmaceutical companiesand let them tell you whatnutrientyouarelacking.
Then you can get nutri-tional products geared to-
wards your speciic needsand not waste your moneyon useless products andtrends.
