o Developed CAD model of Cooling Channel in SOLIDWORKS and created Hex-Mesh of cooling channel using ICEM-CFD.

o Selected Boundary Conditions based on the type of simulation, simulated using ANSYS-FLUENT and Post-Processed the results including experimental validation in collaboration with a team of 5 Scientist.

o Documented the investigation and provided recommendations regarding the Optimum dimensions of cooling channel and its temperature. This work resulted in publication of 1 Int. Journal (Material Science & Tech.’13) and 1 Int. Conference Paper (ASME-ISHMT’11).
