Letter of Recommendation
It is a pleasure to recommend Lisa Matthews for a pilot position. I was Lisa’s Check Airman on the MD-83 when she started her IOE in December of 2011 at Falcon Air Express. I also had the pleasure of doing some of her Captain Upgrade IOE in March 2015.
From this experience, I can tell you that Lisa is a professional pilot who is proactive and preemptive when it comes to problem solving. She is also fun and detail oriented. Whether in flight or on the ground, Lisa exhibits exemplary performance in a challenging and constantly evolving environment. In addition, Lisa constantly evaluates her actions to improve her performance. She constantly performs at the highest level and does so with great speed and accuracy without sacrificing his commitment to safety or standards.
In closing, Lisa Matthews is truly a stand out among her peers and I feel she will make a wonderful addition as a pilot at any airline or flight department. I give her my highest recommendation.
