Ms. Tilton-McCarthy currently teaches Lawyering Skills and Strategies to the Foreign L.L.M. students. She continues to teach part-time at South Texas College of Law in the Academic Success department as well, where she helps students develop a solid foundation for the practice of law aſter graduation. Additionally, she teaches Marital Property and Professional Responsibility during the summer sessions. Ms. Tilton-McCarthy still practices law and is of counsel to local Houston law firms, Novelli, Harvie & Associates, Attorneys at Law, P.L.L.C., and the Roberts Law Firm. She is also employed by other Houston-area law firms as a legal writing consultant.     Dan Schoepf is the executive vice president of Global Sales for BARBRI. He has extensive experience in high-stakes education and

    Green Golf Balls. Both are books on selling and sales strategy.

    Mr. Schoepf’s other positions include chief learning officer for Ascend Learning, senior vice president of Sales for five Ascend

    Learning business units and president of the National Healthcareer Association. He has participated in leadership development and

    sales courses at the Kellogg School of Business, Harvard University, Stanford University, The Wharton School and many others.

    CHUCK BUSH

    Chuck Bush is founder and CEO of Great Road Capital, Inc. (GRC), a boutique investment bank and strategic and financial

    advisory firm focused on media and entertainment. He has more than 20 years’ experience advising media/entertainment and

    technology companies on film finance, corporate finance and strategy. Mr. Bush founded GRC in 2006 to fill a need in the

    entertainment industry for precise analytic and data-driven tools to guide investment decisions.

    Previously, Mr. Bush was a key member of J.P. Morgan’s Entertainment Industries Group in Los Angeles — the premier film

    financing group. While at J.P. Morgan, he helped finance some of the most influential companies in the entertainment business,

    including film studios such as DreamWorks, MGM and emerging production companies such as Alcon Entertainment and

    Walden Media. He has extensive experience working on a wide array of corporate finance deals, including structured finance, IPO,

    M&A and high-yield transactions.

    Mr. Bush has also worked as a consultant with Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm focused on top management issues

    critical to long-term competitiveness. In this role, he helped clients identify and value potential targets on M&A and LBO

    transactions and conducted valuation analysis for multi-billion dollar deals.

    Mr. Bush holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University

    of Pennsylvania. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is a frequent speaker on financial modeling, film finance, corporate finance

    and investment banking.

    Steven B. Levy is a business leader, project manager and the author of Legal Project Management: Control Costs, Meet Schedules,

    Manage Risks, and Maintain Sanity and The Off Switch: Discovering Your Work-Work Balance. He has spent many years helping the

    legal world deliver increased client value.

    Mr. Levy is the CEO of Lexician, which provides training, coaching and consulting to law firms and in-house departments on

    Legal Project Management, leadership and management. He has delivered full-day and multi-day classes on these subjects to

    law firms, law departments and government agencies domestically and internationally. Additionally, he is a regular keynote and

    JENNIFER WINSLOW

    Jennifer Winslow began her legal career nearly 12 years ago as an associate at Morrison & Foerster. After practicing for six years, she refocused her career on attorney and law student recruitment and development, as well as diversity initiatives for the legal profession.

    As a Managing Director for Major, Lindsey & Africa, Jennifer counseled lateral attorney candidates on their job searches and collaborated with law firms seeking to fill specialized roles. In the University of Colorado Law School’s Career Development Office, she managed the on-campus interview and judicial clerkship programs. While serving as the school’s representative to the Colorado Pledge to Diversity Committee, she worked with leaders of the state’s efforts to increase the number of underrepresented attorneys within the profession. Jennifer left Colorado Law in 2013 to found JLW Legal Consulting and soon after joined Caren Ulrich Stacy in launching the OnRamp Fellowship.

    Passionate about helping attorneys find satisfaction in their careers, Jennifer has counseled more than more than 500 law students and attorneys on job search strategy, application materials, interview techniques, and being proactive in managing their careers.
