Kuwait Chamber of Commerce: is a private foundation of public interest that plays aguidingrole,i.e.itdoesnotpossessanexecutivemechanismforimposingitsdecisions.IftheexecutivebodydidnotadopttheresolutionsoftheChamber,theyshallremaintobeonlymereconsultativeeffort.Thismightsatisfythequestionsraisedregardingtheroleofthechambertowardalotoftheeconomicproblemsandcrisesthattookplaceinthepast.Kuwait Chamber is active member of the Arab Hellenic Chamber of Commerce &Development.
Ruling System:The regime is Emiri Democratic, where Kuwait is a state of sovereignty and has it owninstitution,underthepresidencyofHisHighnesstheEmirofthecountry.LawsoftheStateofKuwaitarelegislatedbytheStateCouncilknownas“NationalAssembly”composedoffiftymemberselectedviademocraticelectionsbytheKuwaitipeopleeveryfouryears.
