Ogni eccezione deve essere preventivamente autorizzata e sarà sempre legata al pagamento di un corrispettivo.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE:1. Nei mesi di Luglio e Agosto non si accettano prenotazioni per

periodi inferiori ai 7 giorni.2. Orari del soggiorno: per le piazzole arrivo dalle 15:00 e par-

tenza entro le 11:00; per le unità abitative arrivo dalle 17:00 e partenza entro le 10:00

3. Le unità abitative possono essere prenotate per periodi setti-manali, l’inizio e il termine del periodo varia a seconda della tipologia: S. Marco 2 camere, Maxi Venezia e S. Castello venerdì/venerdì; Maxi Mare, S.Marco 3 camere, Chalet Para-diso e Borgo Fiorito sabato/sabato; Borgo Azzurro, Campiello Veneziano e Caravan Bürstner domenica/domenica; Giardino d’Arte lunedì/lunedì.

4. In caso di ritardato arrivo, la prenotazione rimane valida fino alle ore 17.00 del giorno successivo. I ritardi nell’arrivo, le partenze anticipate ed eventuali variazioni del periodo preno-tato possono comportare la variazione del numero della piaz-zola o dell’unità richiesta.

5. I ritardi nell’arrivo o le partenze anticipate comportano comun-que il pagamento dell’intero periodo prenotato.

6. La caparra è calcolata sul periodo prenotato, tassa di sog-giorno esclusa. L’acconto si può versare (entro i tempi indi-cati nell’offerta di prenotazione) tramite: bonifico bancario presso UNICREDIT Banca filiale di Treviso 31100 TREVISO (TV), P.ZA MONTE DI PIETA’,3 IBAN: IT 80 C 02008 05364 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMORR, specificando il numero di prenotazione; a mezzo carta di credito – informa-zioni sul sito www.gardenparadiso.it (vedi “pagamenti”). L’importo della caparra verrà detratto dal conto del soggiorno.

7. In caso di rinuncia al soggiorno, la caparra verrà restituita per intero,tolte le spese di restituzione, qualora pervenga al campeggio una comunicazione scritta almeno 45 giorni pri-ma dell’inizio del soggiorno.

8. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate direttamente dal sito www.gardenparadiso.it, via mail a info@gardenparadiso.it, presso la reception del campeggio o per telefono (successiva conferma scritta). La prenotazione garantisce la disponibilità di una piazzola o unità abitativa non la sua posizione o numero. La prenotazione è da considerarsi definita solo con l’invio da parte del campeggio della “conferma di prenotazione”.

9. A norma di legge tutti gli ospiti devono avere un documento d’identità. I minorenni non possono accedere al campeggio se non accompagnati dai genitori.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:1. No booking of less than 7 days in July and August.2. Check-in & Check-out: The pitches will be available from

3 p.m. on and check-out by 11 a.m The unit will be available from 5 p.m. on and check-out by 10 a.m.

3. Units can be hired for periods of one week or multiples a week, beginning and ending at different days according to the type of unit: S. San Marco 2 rooms, Maxi Venezia und S. Castello on Friday; S. San Marco 3 rooms, Maxi Mare, Borgo Fiorito and Chalet Paradiso on Saturday; Borgo Azzurro, Campiello Veneziano and Caravan Bürs-tner on Sunday; Giardino d’Arte on Monday.

4. In case of late arrival the booking will be kept available until 5 p.m. of the day after the booking date. Any varia-tion to the period booked may cause a variation in the number of the unit requested. The booking guarantees the availability of a pitch or accommodation, not its po-sition or number.

5. Late arrivals or early departures still imply full payment of the whole period booked.

6. The calculation of the deposit is based on the amount due for the entire period booked (tax excluded) and should be paid by bank transfer to the UNICREDIT Ban-ca, Filiale Treviso PIAZZA MONTE DI PIETA’, 3, 31100 TREVISO (TV), ITALY, IBAN: IT 80 C 02008 05364 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMORR or with credit card (consult our website www.gardenparadiso.it under “online-payments”.)

The payment has to made out to Camping Garden Paradiso SRL. The full amount of the deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

7. In the event of cancellation the full deposit will be refund, except the refund costs, if written notice of cancellation reaches the campsite Management at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the booked period.

8. Reservations can be made directly from the website www.gardenparadiso.it, by e-mail to info@gardenpara-diso.it, at the booking office on the campsite or via phone (with a subsequent written confirmation). The booking is valid only if it is confirmed in writing by the campsite.

9. By law all guests must have an identity card and mi-nors cannot access the campsite unless accompanied by parents.

RESERVIERUNGSMODALITÄTEN:1. In den Monaten Juli und August werden keine Buchungen für

weniger als 7 Tage angenommen.2. An-und-Abreisezeiten: Belegung der Stellplätze ab 15.00 Uhr, Frei-

lassung am Abreisetag bis 11.00 Uhr. Belegung der Wohneinheiten ab 17.00 Uhr, Freilassung am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr.

3. Die Wohneinheiten müssen für eine oder mehrere Wochen reserviert werden, der An - bzw. Abreisetag ist je nach Wohneinheit unter- schiedlich: S. San Marco 2 Zi., Maxi Venezia und S. Castello am Freitag; Maxi Mare, S. Marco 3 Zi., Chalet Paradiso und Borgo Fiorito am Samstag; Borgo Azzurro, Campiello Veneziano und Caravan Bürstner am Sonntag, Giardino d’Arte am Montag.

4. Bei verspäteter Ankunft wird die Wohneinheit bis 17.00 Uhr des Folgetages der gebuchten Anreise frei gehalten. Jede Änderung des Buchungszeitraumes kann dazu führen, dass die Nummer der gewünschten Einheit geändert wird. Die Buchung garantiert die Verfügbarkeit eines Stellplatzes oder einer Wohneinheit, dies bezieht sich jedoch nicht auf einen bestimmten Stellplatz oder einer bestimmten Wohneinheit.

5. Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise muss dennoch für den gesamten gebuchten Zeitraum bezahlt werden.

6. Die Höhe der zu leistenden Anzahlung richtet sich nach der ge-buchten Aufenthaltsdauer (Kurtaxe nicht inbegriffen). Bei der Zahlung ist der Empfänger “ Camping Garden Paradiso SRL” und die Buchungsnummer anzugeben. Der Betrag wird nach Ablauf der Aufenthaltsdauer von der Rechnung abgezogen.

7. Bei Stornierungen wird die geleistete Anzahlung, abzüglich der Stor-nokosten, nur dann rückerstattet, wenn der Campingplatz eine schri-ftliche Absage bis zu 45 Tagen vor der vorgesehenen Ankunft erhält.

8. Reservierungen können direkt am Campingplatz, von unserer Web-seite www.gardenparadiso.it, per E-Mail an info@gardenparadiso.it oder telefonisch (mit folgender schriftlicher Bestätigung) erfolgen. Die Buchung hat erst dann Gültigkeit, wenn diese vom Camping- platz schriftlich bestätigt wird.

9. Laut Gesetz müssen alle Gäste einen Personalausweis haben. Minderjährige haben Zugang zum Campingplatz nur in Begleitung der Eltern.
