To illustrate the unsung & valuable assistance of reasonable lists, who can be the most valued silent

partner you have in-house, here’s my very own real sample. I am working through this during the week

of March 9th!

1.) Update my copywrite portfolio~video scripts/sales letters/flyers/storyboards/webinar &

onsite presentation notes, etc..)

2.) Make sure Cosmo get his rabies shot before the end of the week.

3.) Book Dee-Dee’s yoga class for Tuesday at 8:30am, & send info to Susan to join.

4.) Check my blog: clean up & consolidate categories/update plugins & check all links for

operational ease.

5.) Send out: at least 10 pending press kit/sales letters for spring potential contacts(multi-

medium work):local YMCA/Hemingway’s/Robert Morris Inn/Layton’s Chance/Ross

Media/Evergreen Cove/Miles River Yacht Club/Soft Surroundings/Joe Gable(Sheriff’s

Office)/Paul Kerr

6.) Follow up with current projects: Edible Arrangements/Chance And Associates/AWAI/Omni

Agency/Dr.Z.

7.) Fix crack (spackle/sand/paint) in kitchen wall near cabinets.

8.) Make up donations for: local humane & Goodwill shops.

9.) Start research for birthday trip to the Amalfi & Cote D’Azur coasts

10.) Send link to my friend about PTSD & family support for our returning vets.

11.) Try out lap swim at the local spot to see if it’s viable on a weekly basis.

12.) Film the 2 next pipeline videos: “Designing A Home Office” & “Lists~Your Best Silent Partner”

As you can see, this list is do-able! And, if you haven’t seen my “Lifestyle Checklist”, check it out,

because lists are invaluable, but only if they are feasible. No point in putting unrealistic items on

your list. It will only set you up for disappointment & freezing up with that dreaded sense of being

overwhelmed. The Lifestyle Checklist (you can find a copy in my “Gallery Bits” as well) gives you

perspective on stepping from item to item, and the importance of varying your priorities,(I find 90

minute windows help too!), and being able to end the day feeling accomplished!

*Even if you don’t complete the whole list, if you mark down items that are concise & pertinent to

you & your life, you’ll find that habits start to form & you’ll carry over less & less & get more & more

done each week!
