TheSellersReportallowsyoutosetupaweeklyemailthatwillautomaticallybesenttoyourclient.Thisprovidesyourclientanoverviewofhowtheirpropertyisperformingonlinecomparedtoothersimilarlistings,andhelpsyoukeeptheminformedofthevaluethatyourmarketingcampaignisprovidinginthesellingprocess.
TheSellersReportprovidesaviewofthelistingactivityfromthepast30days,andwillbesenteachMonday.Yourclientwillreceivethereportevenifthereisnoactivityontheirlisting.
SellersReportsaregeneratedonlyforActivestatuslistings.Whenalistingmovesintoanotherstatus,theSellersReportisautomaticallydisabled.
