when X was working with Ys mother on a 1994project. Having courted Y since then, X sealedthe deal (his 3rd marriage) when he began to singalong with Shah Rukh Khans character duringthe film screening of DDLJ with Y sitting 3 seatsahead.

Even though both are a part of the same Hindifilm industry, X & Yfit the phrase sleeping withthe enemy perfectly.

Having chosen Goa while on the Soundpad tour, Xs song Y was shot in 2days by Babble Fish Productions. Samira Kanwar who runs Babble Fishsaid that the story line has already been decided.It followed the journeyofX through Goa following a brass wedding band to whom they havegiven their musical instruments to. She says-

We had managed to source only three musicians to be part of thewedding band at short notice, so, after a lot of begging and pleading, oneof our camera attendants reluctantly gave in to being in front of thecamera rather than behind it. The costumes had been flown down fromMumbai and managed to reach us very late the night before, butthankfully on time for the shoot.After shooting the initial bit where Winston (after diligently rehearsing)speaks to the wedding band in Hindi, it was easy sailing

X watched in amusement as the wedding band performed their songbrilliantly and were mildly surprised as watching the final cut of thevideo.

As a child, Xs parents did not allow him to speak to hisneighbours, hence as an adult he grew to be good friends with hisneighbours. X serves as an all-wise sage in the show, doling outadvice to the neighbour family and seemingly knowing just whatto say to solve a problem. Keeping himself busy withAwakening withBrahma Kumaris, X has got back to the filmscreen after 10 years with a role that isconsidered to be the role of God.

X has mentioned that during shooting, heprayed everyday seeking blessings as he felt hedidnt deserve the job, trying to do the rolespiritually, abstaining from drinking and non
