1. This is a live Private Auction, to register for live bidding bidders must have a valid weekend pass for the National Antique Bottle &Collectables Show, to get one contact the Auctioneers

2. Guarantee, We guarantee the descriptions of all items in this catalogue. Any item found to have damage or faults not described may bereturned for a full refund within 45 days of the close of the sale. However any manufacturing flaw that does not significantly detract mon-etarily from the value of the item being sold will not be considered for a refund.

3. Bidding, Will be live at bidding increments determined by the Auctioneer, the Auctioneer will bid on behalf of Absentee bidders

4. Export, Permission to Export certain New Zealand content items may be required for items over 50 years old, we have copies of theapplications forms available, further information can be obtained from http://www.mch.govt.nz/protected-objects/export.html

At no time will Kiwi Auctions or it’s agents divulge the amountof the maximum bid we have received that may be higher than the current posted high bid.

5. Closing the Auction: As this is a live auction, absentee bids must be with the auctioneers before 6pm on the day of Auction by telephone,

Postal bids must be received no later than Wednesday 19th March 2008

Email bids by Thursday 20th March 2008

We anticipate many calls on the last day so please place your bids early. In the case of a tied bid the successful purchaser will be the bidderwhose bid was received first.

Condition reports and final telephone bids will be accepted on the day but no later than 6pm.

7. Reserves: these are the amount on the left hand side of each lot, no bids will be accepted below these levels.

8. Terms: Cash Cheque Mastercard or Visa (a 2% surcharge applies to credit card transactions)

9. Buyers Premium: There is a 10% buyers premium which is added to the purchase price. GST will be added to the premium

10. Prices realised: Colour Catalogue subscribers will automatically receive results by post after the sale, otherwise results will be availableon our website.

11. Payment: on the night, absentee bidders will be notified by the Auctioneers
